Picked & Smashed started as an idea Nick couldn’t stop talking about for the last eight months, and now it’s finally happening.

After 14 years in professional kitchens, he stepped away… but not from his love for food. The one thing he kept craving? Really good sandwiches. The kind our area just didn’t have yet.

So he built them:
modern brown-bag style, smashed, crispy, layered, nostalgic, and ridiculously good.
